As the founder of Z Chair, I thought now would be a good time to provide an update on Bristol's best ergonomic chair for 2024.
Many of you may be aware of my mission to bring healthy seating to everyone.
Dismayed by the amount of patients that I treat as a Bristol Osteopath who have sitting and posture-related problems, I set about doing something about this.
Poor posture when sitting is ruining our back health. So many back issues are avoidable, so what if we can prevent the issues in the first place?
The answer: Using my bio-mechanical knowledge and experience, I designed and brought to the market the Z Chair, which can be bought online here.
What's the best ergonomic chair in Bristol
The Z Chair is a simple but healthy way to sit. My catchphrase whilst devising and launching it last year sums it up “Better sitting, Healthy living”.
If you haven’t seen it, then take a look and read about it here.
Activate your core muscles for better back health
The Z Chair is not only great for promoting posture, but it also helps activate the core muscles we need to maintain good back health for the future.
The UK-manufactured Z Chair also has a super-low carbon footprint, making it an eco-friendly back health product.
How is the Z Chair project going?
I've had a great uptake of the Z Chair and fantastic reviews with many happy, healthy users enjoying better back health and less pain.
The Z Chair can make a real difference for many people and you can bring better back health to more people through better sitting with a Z Chair in 2024.
I want to spread the word and help as many people with back pain as I can this year.
Remember with back pain, prevention is always better than cure.
If you already have a Z Chair and love it, then please spread the word. Tell your friends, family, and business colleagues.
If you are a happy Z Chair user then please leave a review for it.
Reviews are so important to us so please post one here.
If you haven’t sat on the Z Chair yet, then please take a look online, or pop in and try one out at my clinic in Henleaze in BS6.
